11 Companies Hiring Fully Remote Jobs In 2024
Is the future of remote work being threatened?
Approximately 26% of companies have increased RTO days in 2024, while 12% have indicated that they intend to do so before the close of the year, and 9% plan to increase in-office days by 2025, according to a September survey of 1,551 business leaders conducted by Resume Templates.
Of these employers, one-third expect to require employees to be in the office five days a week.
The data shows us that, unfortunately, fully remote work is becoming more and more of a rare commodity. And with more companies opting to embrace the in-office work model, it is becoming increasingly difficult for job-seekers to locate jobs and employers that are remote friendly, especially when the employers they once aspired to work for as their “dream company”, are now advocating to push workers back into the office.
The meaning behind a “dream employer” is shifting dramatically. Following rounds of layoffs and return-to-office policies, workers are losing confidence in Big Tech and other major firms that were once considered the benchmarks of career success.
The emphasis is not so in much working for big brand names, as it is working for an employer that represents one’s values, complements one’s career goals and defines a strong career progression and learning pathway, embraces total flexibility, and as a major aspect of flexible working, of course, favors remote work.

What is interesting to note with this list is that, while it is informative for discovering companies that offer the ideal balance of in-office and at-home days for work, quite a few of the companies featured have fully remote-only roles available as well. These are either hiring for fully remote jobs right now, or have done so quite recently.
