From downtown to International Drive to the theme parks and beyond, here are some of our favorite local places to catch sports on a big screen.

Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company

Not just a great place to watch sports, Ivanhoe Park Brewing Company is also this author’s favorite source of locally produced beer. Pair the on-screen action with 18 craft beers on tap, rotating food trucks and, depending on when you visit, the giant inflatable screen they bust out for major events. You’ll find them in the Ivanhoe Village Main Street district close to downtown.

The Hammered Lamb

Sports fans are always welcome at this hidden gem and LGBTQ+ favorite, which is also part of Ivanhoe Village Main Street. An official City Pub, they offer gameday drink specials, watch parties, and streaming of all Orlando City Soccer Club and Orlando Pride matches, but other sports are on tap between soccer seasons. Settle in for the action with tasty handhelds, shareable plates and colorful cocktails.

Wall Street Plaza

Part of downtown Orlando’s City District, Wall Street Plaza features a central, open-air courtyard that connects to multiple bars and eateries, including Bellhop, The Hen House, Hooch, Monkey Bar, Shine, Waitiki and Cantina. Choose one for the duration or mix and match as you see fit — there’s no wrong way to win here.

Drive Shack Orlando

Sure, Drive Shack is primarily a state-of-the-art golf attraction with lots of unique spins on the game. But with more than 300 televisions, multiple lounge areas, a rooftop bar, chef-driven menus and plenty of party space, it’s also a competitive place to watch sports. You’ll find them in Lake Nona, close to Orlando International Airport.

Rock & Brews

Minutes from Orlando International Airport, Rock & Brews Orlando is a great place for rock-n-rollers — and sports fanatics, with more than 20 flatscreens and dozens of beers on tap, plus food and drink specials. After the game, enjoy live music on weekend nights and dog-friendly patios. This location is part of Orlando’s Gateway District, but you can also find Rock & Brews in Kissimmee and Oviedo.
