2023-24 All-World athlete of the year finalists for football, cross country, swimming and softball

The Tulsa World is again honoring the best high school athletes in the Tulsa area. All-World Awards finalists for winter sports will be announced this week.

Boys and girls swimming will be published on Wednesday; boys and girls wrestling on Thursday; boys basketball on Friday; and girls basketball on Saturday. Sunday is the World’s All-State boys and girls basketball.

Last fall, we announced athlete of the year finalists in football, cross country, volleyball and softball.

Spring sports finalists will be announced in early June as well as winners for specialty awards, including the best comeback, inspirational and scholar athletes, as well as a lifetime achievement award winner.

Winners for athletes of the year in each sport will be announced at the eighth annual All-World Awards, presented by Bill Knight Automotive, on Thursday, June 20 at the Cox Business Convention Center’s Legacy Hall. Tickets for the All-World Awards banquet are $75 and are available at allworldawards.com. Seating is limited.
