The Miami Dolphins will host the Jacksonville Jaguars at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens on Sunday afternoon for their first game of the 2024 season. Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa will play for Miami, while Trevor Lawrence, who was recently named co-captain for the season, will start the game as Jacksonville’s QB. The Jaguars vs. Dolphins game kicks off at 1 p.m. ET on CBS and Paramount+. Here’s all the info you need about today’s game.

Date: Sunday, Sept. 8, 2024

Time: 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT

Game: Titans vs. Bears

TV channel: CBS

Streaming: Paramount+, Fubo, DirecTV, NFL+, and more

The Jacksonville Jaguars will play the Miami Dolphins in Miami this Sunday, Sept. 8, airing live at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

The Jaguars vs. Dolphins game is also available to stream on Paramount+ through their NFL on CBS channel, which is included in both their Essential plan and their Paramount+ with SHOWTIME plan. You can also watch CBS nationally on platforms including Fubo TV, DirecTV, and YouTube TV.

Paramount+ has two tiers available: an $8/month ad-supported tier and a $13 premium tier that’s ad-free and includes Showtime and live access to your local CBS channel. In addition to NFL games on CBS, Paramount+ offers a host of other live sports, hit shows and new and classic movies. Unlike a lot of other streaming services these days, Paramount+ still offers a one-week free trial — so new subscribers can sign up to watch the NFL and check out the rest of the Paramount+ library totally free for seven days.

Fubo TV gives you access to ESPN, NFL Network, Fox, ABC, CBS and 100+ more live channels. At $80/month, the live TV streaming service is definitely a big investment for football fans. But it offers nearly every channel you’ll need to watch the NFL preseason and regular season, and still leaves you with major savings compared to a traditional cable package. Fubo subscribers also get 1000 hours of cloud DVR storage. The platform also offers a free trial period, so you can catch some preseason games risk-free.

Many NFL games are broadcast on local channels, so if you’re looking to catch an in-market game, it may be as simple as turning on your TV (or setting up a digital TV antenna). A $7/month subscription to NFL+ will get you access to NFL Network which can be great for watching preseason games, but the downside of NFL+ is that when it comes to the regular season, fewer NFL Network in-season games are available. In which case, here’s what we recommend to watch the NFL.
