54 fall sport athletes earn Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete Award – University of Jamestown

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) released the list of 2024 fall sports Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athletes. The six University of Jamestown fall teams combined to have 54 athletes meet the qualifications.
Football led the way for the Jimmies with 20 Scholar-Athletes. Volleyball finished with 13, followed by men’s soccer with 7, women’s soccer with 6, and men’s and women’s cross country with 4 each.
To be named a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete, a student-athlete must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale, appear on the eligibility certificate for the sport, and have attended one full year at the institution.
