6 Sugar Land, Missouri City area fitness centers to visit in 2025

Blink Fitness offers two membership plans that allow access to either one or 92 of its locations, a personal training session and its app, which has contactless check-in, a real-time crowd meter and a calendar that tracks check-ins.
This dance company opened locations in Sugar Land and Stafford this year. It offers dance fitness classes for adults, including classes inspired by Beyonce’s dance moves.
Guests can also book bachelorette and birthday parties, girls nights out and team building events with the business.
The national gym chain opened a new location in Sugar Land in early fall. EoS Fitness offers group fitness classes, cardio areas with TVs, free weights and saunas, with memberships starting from $10 a month, according to its website.
The 51,130-square-foot gym is the 12th EoS Fitness location in Texas, according to the release.
Owner Sammie Sappington opened this Pilates studio in Stafford this fall.
The business offers one-on-one and semiprivate Pilates classes, with a maximum of three people in a class, Sappington said. The small classes allow her students to focus on form to get the best results, she said.
The space is also available for rent for wellness events, such as yoga or art therapy, Sappington said.
Paradigm Combat Sports Training
This combat sports gym will offer adult and youth classes by early next year, owner Reed Shelger said. The fitness center will offer adult programs in martial art forms such as Brazilian jiujitsu, Muay Thai and boxing, as well as youth programs in boxing and fitness, according to its website.
Founded in 2009, the business is relocating from 10500 W. Bellfort Ave., Ste. 200, Houston, for a better location in the area, Shelger said.

Robert Johnson, a former USFL running back and current bodybuilding champion, opened an appointment-only personal training studio in Sugar Land in 2024.
The business offers custom programs based on each client’s goals, including nutrition, personal training, pro-athlete training and training for a body-building competition, according to a Nov. 6 news release.
