Popular Canton Shopping Destination Announces Two New Additions

CANTON, CT — A popular outdoor shopping destination in Canton has announced two new additions to its offering that are expected later this year.

The Shops at Farmington Valley, 110 Albany Turnpike, Canton, announced last week that a new medical spa and an eyewear retailer will be arriving later in 2024.

Those businesses are:

• VIO Med Spa, a national all-inclusive medical and aesthetics spa, will make its Connecticut debut in Canton.

It offers therapies including IV Therapy, natural hair growth therapies, laser hair removal, RF Microneedling, various light therapies, and multiple skin and facetious offerings.

• Warby Parker will open its first eyewear location in the Farmington Valley at The Shops in 2024. The closest outlet for that area is in the Westfarms Mall in West Hartford/Farmington.

The location will carry the brand’s full assortment of optical and sun eyewear, in addition to Scout by Warby Parker daily contact lenses, third-party contact lenses, and accessories.

Warby Parker will also offer in-store eye exams.

Officials with the Shops at Farmington Valley said they were pleased to have two new businesses occupying storefronts later this year.
