How to watch: Tennessee and Florida State in the College World Series

Tennessee and Florida State are set for round No. 2 in Omaha this afternoon. The Seminoles have gotten past Virginia and North Carolina this week, bouncing back from a loss to Tennessee on Friday night.

Florida State now needs back to back wins over Tennessee to stay alive and advance to the finals. The Volunteers need just one win to advance to their first College World Series Finals in school history.

Tony Vitello will turn to left-hander Zander Sechrist on the mound. It will be his first appearance in his career in Omaha.

“We’re really excited,” Vitello said of Sechrist. “This is the guy that has the ability to pitch on the weekend, which he’s accomplished that and helped pitch our team to Omaha, which he did last year as well. I mean, it’s so crucial every game that you play. And he’s logged a ton of innings for us in his career with us and just been a good leader and a good teammate as well.”

Kentucky-Florida was postponed last night due to weather. That elimination game will now take place at 11 am ET, meaning Tennessee-Florida State will follow.
