Boxing Fitness Challenges

RockBox Fitness, a brand known for its engaging boxing-based workouts, is partnering with ABC Fitness to enhance member experience through fitness challenges. In order to do so, RockBox Fitness has adopted ABC Trainerize across its franchises.

This collaboration allows RockBox to seamlessly conduct fitness challenges and foster a strong community among its over 3,500 franchise members. New participants in these challenges receive six weeks of access to a personalized fitness app, which varies in usage post-challenge based on the franchise. Some locations offer it as a subscription service, while others provide it for free to boost engagement.

The integration of ABC Trainerize allows RockBox to support its members with more than just workout programs. The app includes meal plans and accountability coaching, promoting a holistic approach to fitness.
