Get down there, have an elephant ear, and celebrate this downtown tradition. We’ve also got the kickoff of a big chamber music summer festival and the annual Latino Cultural Festival in Hillsboro. If your searching for Fourth of July events, keep an eye out at www.oregonlive.com/events later this week.
