New Line Cagefighting comes to Bridge Sports Complex
BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. (WBOY) — New Line Cagefighting has come to the Bridge Sports Complex, with amateur and pro fights in grappling, boxing, kickboxing, and MMA.
Several locals were in on the action, including MMA athlete Dillon Murphy and Zack Humbertson of Ground Zero Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Bridgeport.
Humbertson is a Cruiser Weight and instructor at Ground Zero Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. He said that a number of his students would be competing in fights, along with himself.
When asked what compels people to competitively fight, Humbertson said “People that want to fight are either really chill or they have a screw loose.”
Keith Noe, owner of New Line Cagefighting, said that this is New Line’s third time in Bridgeport and that the crowds are always fun and family-friendly.
