A local business specializing in experimental marketing has been awarded a $5,000 grant to grow.
MARQUEE Creatives won the grant as part of the Ohio Minority Business Enterprise Bootcamp program.
“This grant is a game changer for us,” said Aundrea Cika Heschmeyer, the president of MARQUEE Creatives.
The grant will give the company the ability to impement digital marketing strategies, especially in SEO and Google Ads, which will help the company reach a broad client base, Heschmeyer said.
The 11 member firm was selected following a six-month pitch competition which covered various aspects of business development like legal frameworks, financing, information technology and more.
