July 4: Vallejo Independence Day Parade, 10 a.m.-12 p.m., Start at Tennessee and Broadway to Sonoma Boulevard to Georgia Street to Waterfront, Vallejo.

July 4-7: 4th of July Celebration and Drone Show at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, 11 a.m.-9 p.m., Six Flags Discovery Kingdom, 1001 Fairgrounds Drive, Vallejo. Drone show viewing tickets are $15, not including park entry.

July 4: American Canyon Fourth of July Parade, Festival and Fireworks, 3 p.m., Elliott Drive from American Canyon Road to Amarillo Drive. The festival begins at 4 p.m. at Community Park 2, located at the corner of Donaldson & Benton Way. Fireworks take place at the park beginning at dusk.
