Ranbir Kapoor’s trainer Shivohaam worked with him for Animal and Tu Jhooti Main Makkaar. Ranbir’s physical transformation was incredible in both the films and the trainer was applauded for the same.
He offered a glimpse into Ranbir Kapoor’s strict fitness routine. He revealed that the actor never missed out on his training session, is extremely punctual and does not have a sweet tooth. He shared, “For him to gain those 10-12 kilos over a period of one year was not… I wouldn’t say if it was easy or not easy, but it was definitely a process. I don’t think he has ever missed training.”
Furthermore, on his dietary rules, the trainer revealed, “When you have a clarity about the goal, you can plan the training accordingly. We worked on the training and diet in such a way where the priority was that he gains weight… Initially, the food was whatever he wanted to eat. And he’s a foodie, he loves his homecooked daal-chawal-sabzi, but he also likes his fancy stuff. As long he prioritised his protein and got enough rice in, we were fine with anything. And luckily, he doesn’t have that big a sweet tooth.”Indeed, Ranbir’s discipline and dedication towards his goals is commendable.
