OS1 Trussville offering free school sports physicals

TRUSSVILLE, Ala.–OS1 Orthopedic & Sports Injury Clinic is offering free AHSAA sports physicals for 7th-12th graders in Trussville this month.

The free sports physicals will be offered on July 10 and July 24 at the Trussville location only.

The physicals must be scheduled by phone or online and a parent or guardian must accompany athletes under the age of 19.

Athletes are also asked to complete a AHSAA sports physical form and bring it with them to their appointment.
