Lufthansa Allegris Debuts May 1 with New Long-Haul Travel Experience from Munich
Lufthansa is set to launch its latest travel service, Lufthansa Allegris, offering a premium long-haul experience starting May 1, 2024. The service will kick off with a new Airbus A350 flight departing from Munich to Vancouver, Canada, marking the beginning of a new era for the airline’s international travel offerings.
The introduction of the Allegris service will expand to include more destinations such as Toronto, Montreal, and Chicago as additional A350 aircraft are incorporated into the fleet over the summer. Initially, flights to Toronto will alternate with Vancouver, providing passengers with flexible travel options.
For the first time, passengers can explore the seating and features of Allegris through updated seat maps available in all standard booking channels. These maps highlight the five different seating options available in Business Class, enhancing the booking experience with a detailed photo gallery and comprehensive information about the product benefits.
An added perk for early travelers on Allegris flights is the complimentary Business Class seat reservation. This free offering will be available for the first few months, allowing passengers to select and modify their seats easily through regular booking platforms. Travelers can check if their flight features the Allegris cabin three weeks before departure.
Guests already booked on the inaugural flights will be notified about their cabin upgrade to the new Allegris experience, ensuring they are aware of the enhanced service awaiting them.
As Lufthansa Allegris takes to the skies, it promises to redefine comfort and luxury on long-haul routes, combining advanced aircraft technology with exceptional service to deliver an unparalleled travel experience from Munich to key North American cities.
