Community Healthcare Center to provide free sports physicals

WICHITA FALLS, Texas (KAUZ) – On Thursday, July 18 the Community Healthcare Center will provide free sports physicals.

This event is for all Middle School and High School Students, including those participating in Youth Sports Leagues. All public school districts, including private schools and youth sports leagues, are welcome.

The Free Sports Physical Clinic will be open from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Those who plan to attend need to bring a completed and signed sports physical form required by the school district or youth sports league.

Students do not have to be a patients of the Community Healthcare Center to receive a free sports physical at this event.

Community Healthcare Center is located at 200 Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard in Wichita Falls.
