Air France Launches New Concierge Service for Paris Olympics Travelers – Business Traveler USA

Travelers heading to Paris for the Olympics can take advantage of a new concierge service from Air France this summer. This premium service offers private transfers, baggage handling, and assistance to the lounge, gate, or car for individuals and groups traveling to and from Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG).

The service is available for economy, premium economy, and business class passengers flying with Air France or its codeshare partners, including KLM, Virgin Atlantic, and Delta.

For a single traveler arriving or departing CDG, the service is priced at €400 ($434) or 80,000 miles within Air France’s Flying Blue loyalty program.

It’s more economical if you’re traveling as a small group. For example, for a couple, the fee jumps just €50 ($54) or 10,000 miles, to a total of €450 or 90,000.

Beyond four travelers, however, the prices jump—to €950 ($1,030) or 190,000 for a group of five—reflecting the need for a second concierge.

Customers connecting through CDG benefit from cheaper fees: for example, €300 ($325), or 60,000 miles, for an individual, and €750 ($814), or 150,000 miles for groups of five.

For departing customers:

You can enjoy a private transfer from an address of your choice in Central Paris, its inner suburbs, or within 40 km (25 miles) of CDG.

Upon arrival at the airport, you will receive a personal greeting from the concierge, available in French or English. Baggage handling services will also be provided, and you will receive assistance with check-in at a Sky Priority counter.

Moreover, if you have access through your Flying Blue status, ticket class, or purchase of the Lounge Option, you will be accompanied to an Air France lounge in your departure terminal.

For Arriving Travelers:

Upon arrival, passengers will be met by a concierge who will assist them in reclaiming their baggage through Air France’s priority lanes.

The baggage will then be transferred to either their car or a private transfer to an address in Paris, its inner suburbs, or within 40 km (25 miles) of the airport.

For Connecting Passengers:

Passengers arriving at CDG will receive a personalized greeting and be escorted to Air France lounges in their departure terminal. They will also be accompanied to the boarding gate of their next flight using Air France priority lanes.

The concierge service can be purchased through airfrance.fr or telephone up to 18 hours before departure.

A team fluent in French and English will contact you 72 hours before your flight to confirm details such as the pickup address and time, the number of checked bags, and any special requirements you have.
