Korean War film

The MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, 503 E. Ninth St., Little Rock, screens “Unforgettable: The Korean War,” 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, part of its “Movies at MacArthur” series.

The film documents the war in which about 37,000 Americans lost their lives, with more than 92,000 wounded and 8,000 still missing, through historical footage and personal photos.

Used book sale

The Central Arkansas Library System holds its Used Book Sale, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Friday-Saturday at the Port Industrial Hub, 7773 Sloane Drive, Little Rock. Members of Former Friends of CALS and donors can shop early, 3-5 p.m. Thursday.

Price is $1 for paperbacks, $2 for hardbacks, with an additional 25% off for educators with a valid ID. Proceeds go to the CALS Foundation to support the Six Bridges Book Festival, Summer @ CALS, book club kits, grants to library branches and other library programs.
