Most of us are out and about traveling this summer and want to find a way to fit in a workout.
Coach Dane Robinson joins ATL Live with a few on the go workout routines that viewers can try while traveling to their next vacation.
Gas Station Stop
Focus: Standing Mobility
Exercise: Standing Lateral Bends + Standing Hip Circles
Duration: Alternate between each move for as long as it takes to fill up the tank!
The Terminal Gate:
Focus: Arm Quick Burn
Exercises: Dips + Suitcase Rows
Duration: 1-2 sets for 30 seconds each or just long enough to feel a quick burn
The Airplane Seat
Focus: Seated Mobility
Exercises: The Airplane Rinse
Duration: 2 sets as soon as you’re seated, halfway during your flight, and when you land
The Hotel Room
Focus: Lower Body and Core
Exercises: Alternating Rev Lunges and Rotation + Towel Core Hold
Duration: 3 sets, 1 min each
