Michigan’s Best Travel Deals: Water park discounts, Grand Hotel’s lowest prices

Avalanche Bay waterpark at Boyne Mountain: This resort south of Petoskey is offering a summer Flex Pass for its big indoor waterpark. They have three-day and five-day passes for set prices that can be used anytime from now to Oct. 31.

Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island: Lowest Room Rates for July.

This iconic spot is running a July special on its remaining rooms for the month. A room-only rate as low as $299 (plus fees and taxes) or an inclusive couples package with daily breakfast and dinner for two from $450 per couple.
