Caramia’s Reloved Fashion celebrates second birthday with specials today
LOCK HAVEN — Caramia’s Reloved Fashion is celebrating two years of business with a 2 Sweet Birthday Bash today.
The business, located at 132 E. Main St., Lock Haven, will be holding its Birthday Party from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with a 20-percent-off sale with delicious food and drink and a photo booth courtesy of Jackson Productions.
Cara Montarsi-Jackson, owner, said alongside the 20 percent is also a Bargain Backroom with clothing items for just $1.
Montarsi-Jackson first opened the clothing store in 2022 as a way for women in the community to find high end clothing without the high prices typically associated.
Caramia’s works with local non-profits such as Roads to Peace and the Salvation Army to provide clothes to those in need in various ways.
This includes providing extra donations they receive to the Salvation Army for their clothing event along with a voucher program with Roads to Peace and the Clinton County Housing Authority.
“We have a voucher program where they can shop for free when they present their voucher,” she said.
Caramia’s also has a very generous customer base that often donates their clothing items to help with the voucher program.
“Customers can donate items and, instead of getting store credit, the credit that they’d received would be included on an in-house account for the program,” Montarsi-Jackson explained.
