CFDA Reveals the Preliminary New York Fashion Week Calendar

The Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) has released the preliminary New York Fashion Week calendar for the Spring/Summer 2025 season. Running from September 6 to 11, the event includes more than 60 confirmed runway shows and presentations, with more to be shown digitally and via appointments.

Among the standouts, Off-White™ is scheduled to debut on the NYFW calendar with a runway show on September 8 at 12 p.m. ET. Alaïa, Toteme and Ronald van der Kemp will also debut their first collections in America’s fashion capital this season, while more first-time additions include Advisry, Campillo, Michael Fausto, Salon 1884 and TWP.

A legion of brands will return to the New York Fashion Week stage, including 3.1 Phillip Lim, Alejandra Alonso Rojas, Andrew Kwon, Area, Brandon Maxwell, Carolina Herrera, Coach, Collina Strada, Delpozo, Diotima, Eckhaus Latta, Elena Velez, Jason Wu, Jonathan Cohen, Kallmeyer, Khaite, Lafayette 148, LaQuan Smith, Luar, Michael Kors, Monse, Naeem Khan, PatBo, PH5, Prabal Gurung, Rio Sport, Sandy Liang, Sergio Hudson, Theophilio, Tibi, Tory Burch, Ulla Johnson, Willy Chavarria and Zankov.

Area will kick off the week-long spectacle with a runway show on September 6 at 1 p.m. ET. In consecutive order, Willy Chavarria, Kim Shui, Eckhaus Latta, LaQuan Smith, Luar and the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund winner Melitta Baumeister will close out each day on the calendar.

“NYFW remains the home base for showcasing the best of American fashion,” said Joseph Maglieri, the CFDA’s director of fashion week initiatives. “This season boasts a powerful lineup of established and emerging brands experimenting with forward-thinking ways of presenting their collections. The CFDA is taking additional action to strengthen an already robust week, addressing calls for improvements across logistics and strategy to benefit both brands and attendees.”
