Arkansas gained its 17th football commitment in the 2025 class after cornerback Nigel Pringle publicly committed to the Razorbacks on Monday.
Pringle, 6-1 and 180 pounds, of North Shore High School in Houston, had accumulated scholarship offers from Arkansas, Oregon, Houston, Arizona, Kansas, Arizona State, Washington State, Central Florida and others.
He received his Arkansas offer from lead recruiter and secondary coach Deron Wilson on June 10 and made an official visit to Fayetteville during the June 14-16 weekend.
Pringle reported he was down to Arkansas, Oregon, Arizona, Kansas, Houston and Central Florida on June 25. He also took official visits to Kansas, TCU and Louisiana Tech.
On3.com rates him a 3-star prospect. He recorded 13 tackles and 3 interceptions, including 1 returned for a touchdown, as a junior.
Pringle is the second defensive back to commit to Arkansas in the 2025 class. On3.com rated the Razorbacks’ class No. 38 nationally prior to Pringle’s commitment.
