Small Business Administration offers ‘dual recovery center’ for Deep ETX Beryl victims

NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) – Raenada Mason with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Disaster Assistance shared the details behind their dual recovery center for small businesses and residents of Nacogdoches and Polk county affected by Hurricane Beryl.

The disaster recovery center is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday at the Nacogdoches Expo Center. There, applicants can find one on one help with filling out a loan application with the SBA.

FEMA is also operating from the same place, offering federal assistance to affected homeowners and renters. For FEMA assistance, residents have until Aug. 15 to apply, while the SBA’s deadline is Sept. 10 for physical damage.
