Blake Lively, Our September Cover Star, Has Always Been the Queen of Style at Fashion Week

The late Karl Lagerfeld called our September cover star, Blake Lively, “the American dream girl,” before making her the face of Chanel in 2011. Since then the actress and It-girl has become a mainstay of our red carpets coverage—whether at movie premieres, the Met Gala, or simply when she’s out and about with friends. The self-avowed fashion fan famously does not work with a stylist, and can instead be found scrolling on the Vogue Runway app for her next red carpet looks. (Celebs! They’re just like us!)

It’s not surprising, then, that the actress loves to experiment with fashion; from boho chic during her Gossip Girl days, to her current penchant for glamour and sophistication—always with a bit of humor.
