The Yates Community Center (YCC) will host a Family Fitness Fun Day on Saturday, August 17th, offering a lively afternoon of activities for all ages.
The free event, scheduled from 12:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the YCC facility on North Main Street, features a variety of fitness challenges and games, including mini-golf, an inflatable obstacle course, and traditional track and field events. Children can also enjoy balloon art, face painting, and complimentary snacks provided by local vendors.
“We’re excited to bring families together for a day of fitness and fun,” said Dawn Shipman, YCC’s Program and Events Director. “It’s a great way to promote community wellness and create lasting memories.”
Supported by Lyons National Bank and the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, the event is open to the public, with pre-registration encouraged for a smooth experience.
