Gov. Holcomb, State of Indiana awards annual Century and Half Century Business Awards
INDIANAPOLIS (WPTA) – Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb joined Indiana Secretary of Commerce David Rosenberg Thursday to celebrate Hoosier businesses, awarding Century and Half Century Business Awards to 48 businesses.
The Governor’s Century and Half Century Business Awards are awarded in recognition of the longevity and impact these Hoosier businesses have on the state’s economy, communities, and people.
The Governor’s Century and Half Century Business Awards honor Hoosier businesses that have remained in operation for a minimum of 100 or 50 consecutive years, respectively, and have demonstrated a commitment to community service. More than 1,250 Indiana companies have been recognized during the award’s 33-year history.
In 21Country, the following Hoosier businesses were awarded the Governor’s Century and Half Century Business Awards in 2024:
- Century Business Award:
- Complete Printing Service (Adams County, 110 years)
- Lincoln Financial Group (Allen County, 119 years)
- Stillwater Hospice (Allen County, 124 years)
- Half Century Business Award:
- Classic City Automotive Inc. (DeKalb County, 51 years)
- Fort Wayne Komet Hockey Club (Allen County, 72 years)
- Fort Wayne Metals (Allen County, 54 years)
- Glaze Tool & Engineering Inc. (Allen County, 50 years)
- The Arc of Wabash County (Wabash County, 70 years)
- The Honeywell Foundation (Wabash County, 83 years)
- Turnstone Center for Children and Adults with Disabilities (Allen County, 81 years)
