Tropics beat Squirrels for 3rd Place in Babe Ruth World Series

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) – The Southeast Tropics beat the Charleston Fighting Squirrels 11-2 to claim third place in the Babe Ruth World Series Thursday at Capaha Park.

This marked the final game for the Tropics and head coach Dustin Schwartz.

Schwartz is stepping away to spend more time with his growing family.
