Meghan Markle Delivers a Masterclass in Tonal Dressing in Colombia
This week, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been on a whirlwind tour around Colombia. Among the stops, the couple visited the Delia Zapata National Arts Center in Bogotá, while Markle also participated in a panel discussion about online safety at EAN University. Every step of the way, the Duchess of Sussex has brought a chic, sophisticated look along with her—be it a Johanna Ortiz dress, or Chanel flats.
For day three of their trip yesterday, Markle and Prince Harry stepped out in the streets of San Basilio de Palenque, a historic location that became the first free African town in the Americas back in 1619. Markle once again brought the perfect summer ensemble for the appearance. The duchess nailed the art of tonal dressing, choosing a head-to-toe white look that proved monochromatic dressing can still make a statement. She wore a streamlined white sleeveless top and skirt, before accessorizing with a brimmed black and white hat by the Colombian designer Hannia Char, black thong-style sandals, and her signature Ray-Ban aviator sunglasses.
