If you’re like us, you’ve probably wondered what everyday stuff famous people add to their carts, like hair spray or an electric toothbrush. We asked actress Sydney Sweeney — who is a brand ambassador for Bai Daily Hydration — about the calming candle, cozy throw blanket, and high-tech facial-sculpting device she can’t live without.
These are like Drumsticks, but they taste like KitKats. The outside is covered in KitKat chocolate, the inside is vanilla ice cream, and then there’s another KitKat in the center and at the bottom of the cone. It’s definitely not the healthiest thing for you, but it makes me happy, so I wanted to share my happiness.
My favorite ice cream depends on where I am in the world. If I’m near Baskin-Robbins, I’ll get a rainbow sherbet with gummy bears on top in a chocolate-dipped waffle cone with sprinkles. If I’m in Europe, then I usually get a raspberry sorbet. Amorino has the ice cream that looks like a flower, and I’ll get the raspberry, the strawberry, and the mango sorbet. But I eat ice cream every day.
This is the softest blanket I have ever owned. I have the blanket on every single bed in my house, and I have the throws on all my couches. Tank, my dog, loves them. She likes to bury herself in the blankets because of how super-soft they are, and they’re easy to wash. I travel with one sometimes; you can do anything with them. They’re my favorite.
I’m trying to grow my hair out. I’m on a hair-health journey. My hair has been very damaged and fried from constantly dyeing it for different characters and red carpets, so I decided to trim off all the dead hair, stop coloring it, and let it grow out. My hairstylist was also telling me to stop using hair ties when I’m not working, so I’ve starting wearing hair clips. I love Emi Jay’s because there’s so many fun designs and colors and sizes. I probably have almost all of them. I have one in right now. It’s just a fun accessory to add to your outfit.
I throw this in my bag everywhere I go. It’s really good to use right after you wake up, or I’ll try to use it before red carpets or photo-shoot days. There’s different attachment heads — I’m not going to know the technical terms, but there’s a heated one, a cold one, and one with electrical currents. I’m not an expert. I honestly have no idea what it’s doing, but it definitely tones and sculpts my face. If I’m feeling puffy, though, I’ll just use an old-school ice roller.
I love candles. I was with my friend, and their place smelled amazing. I was like, What is that? And they’re like, Oh, it’s the candle. I legit went and bought it that day and sent it to my house because I loved it so much. There’s a vanilla aspect to it. Usually, a lot of products I love have vanilla in them. There’s something very calming and cozy about it. Whenever I walk in and the candle is burning, it just relaxes me.
I started skiing when I was 3 years old. Well, I was like 2 and a half, but I’ll say 3. So I’ve grown up skiing, and when I was 14, I started slalom skiing, and now it’s my favorite way to ski. I have a water ski, too, and I’m trying to get better at it. The Radar Senate is just a great ski. You turn on its edge; it cuts fast so that you’re not having to go out real far and take a deep turn. You can just cut and it whips you across.
I’ve absolutely loved working with Bai, especially on my flavor. It was a really fun process, because we did taste tests, and I got to include my family in the testing as well. We all collectively loved this flavor. My mom, my little brother, my grandma, and I would go berry picking all the time in the mountains around this time of year. So I wanted to bring a little bit of my Washington memories to the flavor, and the lemon-lime tasted great with it. It’s the perfect summertime drink.
