Lobsterfest will take over streets of downtown Trenton with food, entertainment for all

It’s going to take two days to pack in all that the annual downtown Trenton Lobsterfest has to offer for visitors.

The event, set for Sept. 27 and 28, is a family oriented affair with more than 20 lobster dishes, a big lobster buffet, tasty lobster rolls and more.

A kick-off tent party will be held from 4 to 11 p.m. on the first night.

In such a short period of time the festival has become one that is highly anticipated, so much so organizers started putting the word out for the upcoming event weeks ago.

No tickets are needed.

Those interested in attending need only to add their name on a list upon their arrival.

Lobsterfest is not just limited to lobster dishes.

Along with lobster cuisine, Roundhouse BBQ will serve “Oktoberfest fare” and there will be a beer tent, too.

If lobster isn’t at the top of your “must have” cuisine list, there are food trucks with other options, and treat/drink trucks will be lined up to serve as well.

Entertaining activities for the little ones will feature Jurassic Park Motor Pool, free bounce houses, a foam party, face paint, the Sanderson Sisters, dancing witches, and much more.
