‘The Hangover’ star Nathalie Fay arrested, charged with domestic battery

Nathalie Fay, an actress who appeared in The Hangover and Blonde and Blonder, has been arrested and charged with domestic battery in Miami.

Fay, whose real name is Nathalie Tordion, was booked Saturday by the South Miami Police Department for allegedly punching her on-again, off-again boyfriend in the mouth and lip area after a verbal argument.

Her boyfriend, identified only as Brady in the arrest form obtained by Entertainment Weekly, allegedly told police that the dispute began after he was supposed to pick Fay up at her home to attend a Miami Dolphins football game. Fay allegedly entered his vehicle and “began accusing” him of “his whereabouts prior to arriving at her house” and “showed him a map on her phone that accused him of being somewhere,” reads the complaint.

When Brady looked at Fay’s phone, she punched him with her right fist, he claimed in the complaint. Brady told police he exited the vehicle and attempted to walk away following the altercation, but Fay allegedly “exited the car and grabbed him by the face prior to him being able to get away from her.”

The complaint alleges that Fay confirmed to police that she did, in fact, strike Brady, who suffered minor injuries to his mouth and lip, adding that she allegedly “stated she was in fear as Brady was speaking to her in a bad way.”

A representative for Fay did not immediately respond to EW’s request for comment on Thursday.

The 43-year-old Canadian-born actress is best known for playing Lisa, the hotel desk clerk that greets Bradley Cooper‘s character Phil and his friends upon their arrival at Caesar’s Palace, in the 2009 comedy The Hangover. In the scene, Lisa must answer a barrage of questions from Zach Galifianakis‘ eccentric Alan.

Fay’s other film credits include Old School, Blonde and Blonder, Somewhere, and Due Date. She also appeared in an episode of Close to Home and Cybergeddon Zips. Her last role was in the 2014 film Layover.
