Three arrested following theft of merchandise from College Station business

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) – Three people are facing theft charges after police say they were part of a scheme to steal more than $1500 worth of merchandise from a College Station business.

Arrested are Elizabeth Nance, 49, and Hurley Parrish, 47, both from the Austin area. Also arrested was Jhonny Hall, 32, from Houston.

College Station police say the three worked together on Saturday to steal goods from Tractor Supply including a weed eater, a toolbox, clothing, an ice chest, sunglasses, and work boots.

After leaving the business, they were stopped by police on Southwest Parkway at Longford Street and taken into custody.

Police said in their report they found the stolen products in the vehicle along with illegal narcotics.

Nance was arrested earlier this month in a separate case for the same thing at Murcoch’s. She and another man from the Austin area were picked up after taking more than $3,800 worth of goods from the business. In addition to the new theft charges, she’s also charged for driving without a valid license, and for possession of narcotics. Her bonds total $19,000.

Parrish is also facing charges of theft along with charges of fraudulent use of credit and debit cards. During his arrest, police found he was in possession of several stolen debit and credit cards. His bonds total $15,000.

Hall is also facing theft and drug-related charges. His bonds total $14,000.
