Midco Sports to Air Three Augustana Football Games in 2024-25 – Augustana University Athletics

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. – Augustana football will have three games air live across Midco Sports channels this season, announced by the network through its live schedule release. 

“Midco Sports is a regional sports leader and continues to be a premiere partner for our campus,” said Vice President for Athletics Josh Morton. “This is another great example of elevating the profile of Augustana Athletics and in this case our conference champion football program.”

The Vikings open the slate with their September 14, matchup on the road against defending FCS Champion South Dakota State. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m., and will air on the Midco Sports main channel. 

The first of two home games to air on Midco Sports Two will be on October 19, at 1 p.m., against Winona State. The teams have split the previous two meetings and the Vikings hold a 10-7 advantage in the all-time series. A season ago, Augustana knocked off Winona State behind 255 yards and four touchdowns combined from Jarod Epperson, Rashad Lampkin and Kyle Graham. 

Rounding out the action on Midco Sports Two is a November 2, match-up against Concordia-St. Paul. The 1 p.m. kickoff will be a rematch of a one-possession Viking victory in St. Paul last season. Augustana has won the last seven matchups in the series and are 14-4 against the Golden Bears all-time.
