WMDT – It’s getting cooler as we get closer to fall so Planet Fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot has a way for us to keep our heart rate up and increase our cardiovascular health.

He has created a routine that can target your muscles and give you a boost this month.

Super sets are when you perform two exercise that target different muscles back-to-back.

Jeremy says to focus on your strengths, and he starts on the chest area.

He says you can rest a bit, but not fully because you want to keep your heart rate up throughout the entire workout.
