Love’s Travel Stop coming to Charleston, Mo.

CHARLESTON, Mo. (KFVS) – Charleston is getting a Love’s Travel Stop.

The city shared the news on the City of Charleston, Missouri Facebook page on Thursday, September 12.

In the post, a letter from Love’s stated the new store will be located off Interstate 57 at the U.S. 60 exit 12.

Construction is expected to begin in late October.

The new store is set to open in the summer of 2025.

Love’s said the new store is expected to bring more than 60 jobs to the community and employees will be eligible for multiple benefits including health, dental, eye, 401K and more.

Features at the Charleston location include Love’s Fresh Kitchen, a dog park for large and small dogs, five full hookup RV spaces and 76 parking spaces for professional drivers.

Love’s stated when the new store opens they will make a $5,000 donation to a local nonprofit in the area.
