The flavors of fall allow the culinary teams across our destination to serve creative dishes for every appetite.  Executive Chef Rick Larson of The Chocolatier Restaurant, Bar + Patio cites Dark Nights food offerings and spooky treats and drinks at Spirit’s Rooftop Bar as opportunities for his team to get creative, “We have so much fun menu planning, testing and seeing everyone enjoy the food. It is so different and allows us to go a 𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘵𝘭𝘦 𝘣𝘪𝘵 crazy.”
