Tyler restaurant set to close after 5 years of business

TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – The Dinner Table, a restaurant in Tyler, has announced this will be its last week of business.

The restaurant announced on Sunday that they will be open from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. this week until Friday, or until they sell out. All business will be cash only, and no phone or online orders will be accepted.

“For five years, you have supported us with your business and encouragement,” a representative wrote. “Small business is a hard business…They are working alongside their employees and then working many nights and weekends too. They pour their life into their work because it’s not just about the money. But, they need the money too…Why we are closing: There is not one thing to pin this on. We have simply not been able to stay ahead of the slow, crushing effect of ever increasing costs of everything.”

The Dinner Table is located at 4730 South Broadway Avenue.
