Lizzo Shows Off Her Fitness Results and Weight-Loss Transformation in TikTok Video: ‘Fine Both Ways’

Lizzo is showing off her weight-loss transformation.

The “Truth Hurts” singer, 36, shared how her hard work at the gym has been paying off in a TikTok video posted on Thursday, Sept. 19.

In the video, the four-time Grammy winner showed off her physique as she continues to document her fitness journey for herself and her fans. Lizzo wore her shapewear brand Yitty’s black underwear in a “before” clip, then cut to an “after” clip of herself in a Yitty gray bodysuit.

Lizzo soundtracked the transformation video with the viral Nicki Minaj TikTok sound that goes, “The fact that you would even discuss my looks is insane. I’m a bad bitch, always been a bad bitch.”

The “2 Be Loved” singer captioned the post with, “fine both ways 😮‍💨.”

She followed up the video with a second one showing off the gray bodysuit as she danced and sang along to No Doubt’s “I’m Just a Girl.” She captioned it, “no bra or panties needed @YITTY.”

The videos come a month after Lizzo shared a look into her fitness routine at the gym. In an Instagram video, she showed herself completing arm exercises with what appeared to be a lat pulldown machine. In another shot, she could be seen in a sleek purple one-piece while kneeling on the floor and executing quick, strong movements.

She captioned the video with some encouraging words for fans, writing, “If you’re reading this… remember you can do ANYTHING you put ur mind to! Stay focused, you got this 💪🏾.”

Lizzo previously addressed her commitment to fitness in 2023, saying she decided to work out to keep up with the demands of her high-energy live shows and emphasized she was “not trying to escape fatness.”

“I have a very high-performance job,” she said. “For 90 minutes a night, I have to do choreography, I have to sing, I have to dance, I have to rap and I have to play the flute. And I have to emote, and hype a crowd in very tight clothes, sometimes clothes where it restricts my breathing.”
