Throggs Neck: Sneaker Retailer Snipes Signs Lease at Throggs Neck Shopping Center – Norwood News

Sneaker and streetwear retailer Snipes has signed a 6,854-square-foot lease at Throggs Neck Shopping Center at 815 Hutchinson River Parkway in the Throggs Neck section of The Bronx, according to YIMBY.

The shopping center was built by Simone Development Companies in 2010 and reportedly yields 300,000 square feet of leasable space, along with 625 surface parking spots. Other commercial tenants tipped to open stores at the center beyond Snipes include Target, TJ Maxx, and Petco, according to YIMBY.

“Snipes, with 750 locations across the U.S. and in Europe, is a welcome addition to this thriving retail development,” Josh Gopan, vice president of leasing for Simone Development Companies was quoted as saying. “The Throggs Neck Shopping Center offers an easy one-stop shopping experience and continues to be a sought-after location for top national, regional, and local retailers.”

Throggs Neck Shopping Center is located at the intersection of Lafayette Avenue and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
