Friends’ star Jennifer Aniston is one of the Hollywood divas who has defied the laws of aging. Even at 55, she can give a lot of actresses a run for their money when it comes to being fit and fabulous.
Recently, her trainer Dani Coleman revealed the secret behind her fitness regime and what works best for the actress. Despite her tight schedule, Aniston maintains consistency with her workout, which is one of the mantras.
Speaking to Page Six, Coleman shared, [During] my time with her, she wants a hard, challenging workout.”
Coleman revealed that the actress Aniston has very specific requests when it comes to workout. She often asks for her favorite full-body sculpt and burn strength sessions, which specifically target the inner thighs, glutes and core, while simultaneously sculpting the upper body.
“We do a lot of core work. We focus really on that total 360 core strength, again, to keep your body upright and moving long term. [There are] some cardiovascular pushes in between and some light plyometric work,” shared Coleman.
The actress also enjoys little weight lifting, as well that helps her to build muscle mass and bone density.
Coleman had all the good things to say about the ‘Murder Mystery.’ She shared that the actress loves taking up challenges and never backs down from a difficult session no matter what is thrown at her. As her trainer, Coleman finds this one of the best and most fulfilling things.
Last but not least, they end their workout with a little cool down, and they use foam roller or massage balls for the same.
These revelations make it clear, that the actress is very disciplined with her lifestyle choices, and that is what makes her stand out from the crowd.
