Athens travels to Muscle Shoals in 48 Blitz Game of the Week

MUSCLE SHOALS, Ala. (WAFF) – Week Six of the high school football season will bring region play back to the Tennessee Valley and in Class 6A Region 7, the Athens Golden Eagles will hit the road to Muscle Shoals for a battle of the regions undefeated.

The all-time series leans in favor of the Trojans by just one game, including wins in the last 14 of 15 meetings.

Athens is coming off a 39-14 win over Hazel Green, extending their win streak to five.

While, Muscle Shoals had a little extra preparation following a bye in Week Five.
