Lowndes Vikings travel to face Tift County

LOWNDES – The Lowndes High Vikings will travel to Tifton this Friday to face the Blue Devils in region play.

Our Vikings continue 1-6A region play this Friday, October 11, when they travel to Tifton , GA to play Tift County High School.  Kickoff is set for 7:30 pm on Brodie Field located at 790 8^th Street W in Tifton

Tickets for this game will be on sale the week of the game.  Tickets will go on sale at the Viking Touchdown Club meeting.  The TD Club will meet on Monday night, October 7 at 6:00 pm in the Board of Education building on Norman Drive.  The Club meets in meeting rooms 1 & 2 of the building.  Members should use the side entrances facing the parking lot to enter the meetings.  Meetings are open to all members and every member is welcomed.  Attending meetings is a great way to show your support and obtain the latest information on your Vikings.  Coach Carter will address the group at the beginning of the meeting.  He will review the Colquitt game and discuss the upcoming game in Tifton.  

Tickets are $10 each, for both adults and students, and are for general admission seating.  All fans, except babies in arms, must have a ticket to enter.  All tickets at the gate are $12 each.

Viking season ticket holders are reminded that the Camden County game originally scheduled at Martin Stadium for October 11 will now be played on October 18. 

After Monday night, tickets will be sold the rest of the week at the Viking Athletic Ticket Office.  The ticket office is located in the Board of Education building on Norman Drive.  The entrance is on the east end across from Goo Goo Car Wash.  The ticket office will be closed on Monday as we prepare for return to school after the recent storm.  Ticket office hours for the remainder of the week are Tuesday – Thursday 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am till Noon.
