Everything You Need to Know About the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Back in May, Victoria’s Secret announced that its annual VS Fashion Show would return after a five-year hiatus. The returning showcase was canceled in 2019 after some less-than-positive comments from the brand’s then-marketing chief Ed Rezak, who spoke to Vogue about not wanting to include transgender or plus-sized models.

Following those comments, the brand came under fire again in 2020 after a docuseries titled Victoria’s Secret: Angels and Demons aired, which further showcased the label’s toxic beauty standards and exclusionary attitude, alongside documenting L Brands’ CEO Les Wexner’s relationship with Jeffrey Epstein.

Now, it appears VS is ready to turn over a new leaf, announcing news of the show’s return on Instagram. “We’ve read the comments and heard you,” the caption read. “The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show is BACK and will reflect who we are today, plus everything you know and love — the glamour, runway, wings, musical entertainment and more! Stay tuned…it only gets more iconic from here.”

Read on to find out everything we know so far about the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024 including the date, confirmed performers and models.

When Will the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024 Take Place?

The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2024 is set to take place on October 15 at 7 p.m. EST in New York City, with the exact location still to be confirmed.

Who Will Be Performing at the Show?

The brand initially announced that the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show would feature “the first-ever all-women musical talent lineup.” The first to be confirmed was GRAMMY award-winning icon CHER, followed by Tyla and BLACKPINK‘s Lisa.

Which Models Will Be Walking the Runway?

At this moment in time, Victoria’s Secret has yet to share the full list of models that will be walking the runway in 2024 but so far, Behati Prinsloo, Gigi Hadid, Iman, Candice Swanepoel and Tyra Banks have been confirmed.

Previously, the show has also featured the likes of Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, Gisele Bundchen and more. 2024’s edition will likely feature some of the above names too, but we’d also expect to see some newcomers like Alex Consani and Amelia Gray — with the majority of fans requesting Barbara Palvin in the brand’s IG comments.
