Vice President Kamala Harris publicly released her medical records on Saturday, with her physician deeming her a “healthy 59-year-old female” fit to execute the duties of the presidency.
The report highlighted her healthy lifestyle, including regular aerobics and strength training, occasional moderate alcohol consumption, and no use of tobacco products.
It also noted her treatment for seasonal allergies and urticaria, commonly known as hives, managed with over-the-counter medications and allergen immunotherapy.
Former President Donald Trump, 78, who pledged in August to release his medical records, has yet to do so. His campaign spokesperson stated that Trump has previously provided updates from his personal physician declaring him in excellent health, and criticized Harris’s ability to meet the demands of campaigning.
