See Tyra Banks come out of retirement to close out the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show

Tyra Banks has returned to the runway after nearly 20 years in a very iconic way.

On Oct. 15, Banks, 50, strutted down the runway to close out the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. The former “America’s Next Top Model” host wore a black bustier with crystal embellishments, a sparkly pair of leggings, a silver cape and a pair of strappy heels.

When she hit the runway, Banks blew kisses and waved to fans, who cheered for her as she made her big comeback.

On Instagram, she shared a video of the moment and captioned it, “In case you forgot. 💛.”

“Definition of ‘I still got it and never lost it’❤️🔥,” one fan commented.

Another said, “How could we ever forget?!!!!!!! I am screaming!!!!!!!!”

A third added, “You looked AMAZINGGGGGGG 😍😍😍 Back like you NEVER left.”

On Instagram, Banks also shared a few videos of herself getting ready to walk the runway.

In her Stories, she shared a video of someone doing her hair and said she was “going to have hair for the Gods” on the runway.

A day before her appearance at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Banks posted a throwback photo of herself modeling during the 10th Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in 2005. That was the same year Banks retired from modeling.

In her caption, she encouraged her fans to go for their dreams.

“You are… Never too young to SMiZE. Never too old to DREAM,” she said.

“As I walk, think about YOUR dreams, what YOU want to accomplish. That thing you’ve been doubting about yourself. That thing you’re not sure you are confident enough to accomplish. Don’t ever stop DREAMING. But now, it’s time to get to DOING! YOU GOT THIS! 💪🏽 See you tomorrow,” she added. “💛TyTy.”
