GIRLS VOLLEYBALL

Division 2

Little Chute 3, Green Bay East 0

LITTLE CHUTE – The Mustangs topped the Red Devils 25-16, 25-16, 25-13 in the regional quarterfinal.

Little Chute will play at Fox Valley Lutheran in a regional semifinal Thursday.

Lakeland 3, Seymour 1

SEYMOUR – The Thunderbirds defeated the Thunder 25-15, 23-25, 25-23, 25-17 in a regional quarterfinal.

.Ninth-seeded Lakeland will play at No. 1 seed Oconto Falls on Thursday in a regional semifinal.

Antigo 3, New London 0

ANTIGO – The sixth-seeded Red Robins cruised past the 11th-seeded Bulldogs in regional action 25-16, 25-19, 25-14.

Antigo will travel to third-seeded Waupaca on Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Red Robins are 19-9 on the season, while the Bulldogs finish at 4-27.

Division 3

St. Mary Catholic 3, Omro 0

FOX CROSSING – The Zephyrs knocked off the Foxes 25-18, 25-20, 25-19 to advance to Thursday’s regional semifinals.

Autumn Crowe had 10 kills for St. Mary Catholic, while Eliana Brenn had eight kills and eight aces. Sammie Weiss had 11 assists. Stella Virlee had 10 assists.

St. Mary Catholic was on target with it serves, recording 16 aces.

Third-seeded St. Mary Catholic will play at second-seeded Amherst on Thursday.

Weyauwega-Fremont 3, Wautoma 0

WEYAUWEGA – The Warhawks swept the Hornets 25-17, 25-17, 25-23 to move on to the regional semifinals.

Weyauwega-Fremont will play top-seeded Laconia in Rosendale on Thursday.

Brillion 3, New Holstein 0

BRILLION – The sixth-seeded Lions blanked the 11th-seeded Huskies 25-10, 25-12, 25-17 in regional action.

Brillion advances to face third-seeded Cedar Grove-Belgium on Thursday at 7 p.m.

The Lions move to 11-10, while New Holstein finishes its season at 2-14.

Division 4

Shiocton 3, Gibraltar 0

SHIOCTON – The Chiefs knocked the Vikings out of the tournament, sweeping them 25-13, 25-16, 25-13.

Shiocton will play at second-seeded Pacelli on Thursday.

Manawa 3, Algoma 1

ALGOMA – Eleventh-seeded Manawa started fast and posted a 25-18, 25-17, 21-25, 25-21 win over sixth-seeded Algoma in regional play.

Manawa will take on third-seeded Auburndale at 7 p.m. on Thursday in Auburndale.

Algoma finishes its season at 12-17, while Manawa moves to 5-18.

BOYS SOCCER

Division 1

Hortonville 4, Appleton West 3

HORTONVILLE – The Polar Bears edged the Terrors to advance to Saturday’s regional final against Green Bay Preble in Green Bay.

Scoring goals for Hortonville were Elliot Vedder, Cade Mansfield, Wesley Barker and Roman Glad.

Mansfield, Barker, Jacob Plutz and Glad all added assists, while Grant Decker made two saves in net.

Hortonville is now 14-2-4.

Appleton West finishes with a record of 10-7-3.

Neenah 4, Oconomowoc 0

NEENAH – The Rockets kept the Raccoons off the scoreboard to advance to Saturday’s regional final against fifth-seeded Sussex Hamilton.

Neenah improves to 11-5-3 with the victory.

Sussex Hamilton 3, Appleton East 0

SUSSEX – The Patriots couldn’t find the back of the net in the season-ending loss to the Chargers.

Appleton East closes out the year with a 3-10-6 record.

Green Bay Preble 2, Appleton North 0

GREEN BAY – The second-seeded Hornets blanked the Lightning in the regional semifinal and will host Hortonville in a regional final Saturday.

Edwin Santiago and Yosef Navarro scored first-half goals for the Hornets.

Ben Wilke made seven saves for North and Landin Gauthier made four saves for the Hornets.

Green Bay Preble is now 13-3-3.

Appleton North closes out its season with a record of 3-7-5.

Division 2

Kaukauna 1, Beaver Dam 0

KAUKAUNA – The Ghosts defeated the Golden Beavers in overtime.

Kaukauna, which has a record of 8-6-3, will play at second-seeded Homestead in a regional final Saturday.

Division 3

Campbellsport 4, Little Chute 1

CAMPBELLSPORT – The 16th-seeded Cougars overpowered the 17th-seeded Mustangs in regional action.

Campbellsport advances to face top-seeded Sheboygan Christian/Lutheran at 4 p.m. Thursday in Sheboygan.

BOYS VOLLEYBALL

Kimberly 3, Fond du Lac 0 (Monday)

FOND DU LAC – The Papermakers secured their fifth Fox Valley Association title in program history and finished 7-0 in the conference with the 25-20, 27-25, 27-25 win.

Nick Sroda had 13 kills, Blake Zielinski had 39 assists and Jack Hruzek had 18 digs for Kimberly. Michael Janssen added 12 kills and five blocks, Alex Krause had eight kills and six blocks, Tyler Haase had seven kills and six digs, and Peter Van Grinsven had three blocks for Kimberly.

Appleton North 3, Appleton West 0 (Monday)

APPLETON – The Lightning swept the Terrors 25-12, 25-15, 25-19 in a Fox Valley Association match.

Nathan Ramus had 15 kills, Spencer Munson had 21 assists and Saolai Thao had 18 assists for North. Landon Kue added 16 digs.

Other North leaders were Sam Kuehl with nine kills and Charlie Fanning with five kills.

Neenah 3, Kaukauna 0 (Monday)

KAUKAUNA – Miles Weaver had 14 kills and 10 digs as the Rockets swept the Ghosts 25-19, 25-19, 26-24 in a Fox Valley Association match.

Julian Kuehn added eight kills, Ben Donaldson had seven kills and two blocks, and Cam Diekfuss had 31 assists and three aces for Neenah.

Kaukauna was led by Brady Mayer with 12 kills. Brody Ritchie had 21 digs. Nolan Laflen added 14 assists, Sam Hussin had 10 assists and Jake Ritzke had four aces.
