Davenport will be required to pay back the money she took from the two clients she ripped off in Bullitt County. Her probation time will continue until she can pay back what she owes to the victims.

According to the deal, Davenport will owe each victim more than $46,000. The actual amount she will be required to pay will be revealed in a hearing in January 2025.

Davenport has already been convicted in similar cases in Clark and Floyd Counties in Indiana, where she was sentenced to serve 730 days in prison.
