Open for Business: Beloved’s Bakery and Cafe opens next to Reno Public Market

RENO, Nev. (KOLO) – Beloved’s Bakery and Cafe is now open next to the Reno Public Market (299 E Plumb Lane Suite 129, Reno). Hot food and coffee is served Wednesday-Monday from 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. Bread and pastries sold from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Owner and head baker, Zachery Condron, stopped by Morning Break to share his story and how Beloved’s came to be. From showing up at “farmers markets with a van full of crusty freshly baked loaves of organic sourdough bread” to now opening its first brick and mortar restaurant in a busy retail space, Beloved’s is “excited and honored to share the bounty of all the farmers, soils, waters, and craftsmen hard and purposeful work of cultivating and transforming seeds into wheat, flour, and finally a rustic loaf of joy.”
